Ordering
An order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address you provided at checkout. When your order has been packed and is ready to ship, you will receive an additional email from us.

Product information
Typographical errors may occur, and items may be sold out. We cannot guarantee that the photographs in our webshop offer an exact representation of our products, as colors may vary slightly depending on the screen you view them on. However, we make every possible effort to show the products as accurately as possible.

Method of Payment
We use Klarna Checkout.

Delivery Times
Normal delivery takes approximately a week from the time of your order. If one of the products you have ordered is temporarily sold out, the delivery time may be longer; you will receive an email from us in that case.

Shipping
We ship with the Swedish Postal Service or DHL. The shipping costs within Sweden are a flat rate of 79 Swedish kronor. Shipping within the EU is 250 Swedish kronor, and the rest of the world is 400 Swedish kronor. You can also choose to pick your order up at our shop in Landskrona, which is free of charge. In that case, you must wait for an additional confirmation email when your order is ready to be picked up.

Abandoned Packages
It’s important that you enter the correct shipping information. If Hemlöjden i Skåne AB receives a returned package that was sent to an incorrect address or that was never picked up, the order will be refunded and the customer will be charged for both the original and the return shipping.

The Right of Withdrawal
Consumers in Sweden and the EU have the right, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act, to return their purchase without indicating the reason. The product must be unused and undamaged, in the original packaging. You should always contact us before returning an item, and contact must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. After contact with us, you return your item(s) with the packing slip or a copy of it. The customer pays for return shipping. Mark the reason for return as “ångerrätt” (withdrawal). When we have received your return, we will refund the appropriate amount through Klarna. We do not refund the shipping.

Return of Damaged or Incorrect Items
Returns of damaged items should take place within a reasonable amount of time after the problem has been discovered, no longer than one year from the date of purchase. If you should receive an item that is defective or incorrect, we will replace it with the correct item free of charge. Contact us for more information about how you should proceed with such a return, so that the return is approved before you send it back.
