Description
An embroidery inspired by a medieval Icelandic altarcloth, embroidered with silk and gold. We’ve given it a Skåne touch with wool yarns in bright colors. The fabric is black.
Embroidered using split stitch, long and short stitch, latticework, and one-sided satin stitch.
The materials package contains: pre-drawn wool fabric, wool yarn, a paper pattern, a color image, stitch descriptions, and a needle. Fabric for the backing is not included but broadcloth and wadmal can be ordered from our shop.
