Description
This cushion is marked AAD 1798. According to tradition, this was probably embroidered by someone in a family with daughters in Everlöv, Torna. The original is edged with fringe and has red backing. The fabric is black.
Embroidered using one-sided satin stitch, stem stitch, and French knots.
The materials package contains: pre-drawn wool fabric, wool yarn, a paper pattern, a color image, stitch descriptions, and a needle. Fabric for the backing is not included but broadcloth and wadmal can be ordered from our shop. Yarn for the fringe or yarn tassels are not included, we suggest you use leftover yarn or order yarn separately from our shop.
