Description
The model for this embroidery is an åkdyna from Vemmenhög, with two wreaths and deer. The motif of a deer before trees can be found on a number of cushions in different variations with one or two wreaths. This is marked ANO 1773 BKD. Embroidered with single-ply wool yarn. The fabric is black.
Embroidered using one-sided satin stitch, long and short stitch, stem stitch, and latticework.
The materials package contains: pre-drawn wool fabric, wool yarn, a paper pattern, a color image, stitch descriptions, and a needle. Fabric for the backing is not included but broadcloth and wadmal can be ordered from our shop. Yarn for the fringe is not included, we suggest you use leftover yarn or order yarn separately from our shop.
