Description

This pattern is inspired by the women who were embroidered onto historical cushions: Eve in Paradise, angels, brides, bridesmaids, farm workers, women from folklore and an Eva from our time. Designed by Eva Berg. This cushion can also be found in the book Embroidery on Wool, which Eva co-wrote. The fabric is black.

Embroidered using one-sided satin stitch, stem stitch, long and short stitch, split stitch, latticework, loop stitch, and French knots.

The materials package contains: pre-drawn wool fabric, wool yarn, a paper pattern, a color image, stitch descriptions, and a needle.

Fabric for the backing is not included but broadcloth and wadmal can be ordered from our shop.
