Description
The original jynne is at the Helsingborg Museum. It comes from Ålstorp parish in Harjager and is marked EID 1793. The original is embroidered with cotton, and the mark is embroidered with silk, in addition to the wool yarn. The fabric is red.
Embroidered using one-sided satin stitch, stem stitch, long and short stitch, free cross-stitch, and French knots.
The materials package contains: pre-drawn wool fabric, wool yarn, a paper pattern, a color image, stitch descriptions, and a needle. Fabric for the backing is not included but broadcloth and wadmal can be ordered from our shop. Yarn for the fringe is not included, we suggest you use leftover yarn or order separately from us.
