Wool embroidery

Wool embroidery has existed in Skåne from the late eighteenth century. Most of the patterns for our kits come from originals in the collections of Skåne museums, but we also offer newly-designed patterns. Wool embroidery from Skåne is colorful and painterly, and it tells a story. It’s a type of free embroidery, using wool yarn on wool fabric. Choose from a number of different patterns here.
